About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Apex Mobile Autoworks LLC (“Apex Mobile Autoworks”) website and online booking pages, and to the text messages we send. By using our website, booking service online, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
Booking and service
We confirm every booking and will contact you if a time needs to change. Apex Mobile Autoworks offers a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty on all services. We can’t offer a warranty on parts not purchased through our vendors.
SMS Terms
Apex Mobile Autoworks Text Messages. Apex Mobile Autoworks LLC sends text messages (SMS) to customers who opt in. These SMS Terms apply to all of them.
What we send
Appointment texts include booking confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and a request to review your service.
Marketing texts, sent only to customers who separately opt in, include service-due reminders and special offers.
How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the texting box when you book online, or by telling us you’d like appointment texts when you book by phone. Marketing texts require checking their own separate box online. Each box starts unchecked, and you can book without opting in. See how to opt in.
After you opt in, we send one text confirming your subscription.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most appointments involve a few messages, such as a confirmation, a reminder, and an arrival update.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. You’ll get one final text confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Not a condition of purchase
You don’t have to agree to receive texts to buy any service from us.
Privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
