Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Apex Mobile Autoworks LLC (“Apex Mobile Autoworks,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website, book service online or by phone, or receive text messages from us.

What we collect

When you book, call, text, or email us, we collect what we need to do the job: your name, mobile number, email, the address where your vehicle is parked, parking notes such as gate codes, your vehicle details, and a description of the problem. Fleet accounts also give us unit numbers, mileage, on-site contacts, and where keys are kept.

When you opt in to text messages, we keep a record of your consent: the date and time, how you opted in (online or by phone), and which messages you agreed to receive.

Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform service, contact you about your appointment, send estimates and invoices, and keep service and warranty records. If you opt in to marketing messages, we also send service-due reminders and special offers.

Text messages

If you opt in to appointment texts, Apex Mobile Autoworks sends appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and a request to review your service. Marketing texts, such as service-due reminders and special offers, are sent only if you separately opt in to them. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our shop management software, payment processor, text message and email providers, and website host, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it. We don’t sell personal information.

Text message data

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep service records for as long as we need them for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. Text message consent records are kept for as long as you’re subscribed and for at least four years after you opt out.

Your choices

Children

Our services and website are not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes
